I can't claim Reward card

Hi

I have had numerous emails and texts telling me to claim my reward card on bt.com/claimmyreward which goes to the BT login and there is nothing there I can see about the reward card.

A recent post from a moderator recommended to try this.

"If you message us from the Contact Us pages a guide will be able to help you with that"

Give that a try.
