I can’t claim my reward card

I’ve been trying to claim my bt reward card but it just takes me to a blank page once I sign in. I spoke with customer services who put me in touch with the pure card department, however the pure card department say it’s an issue for customer services.

I’m getting a bit frustrated with with being sent round in circles.

I am sorry for the problems you're having claiming for your reward card.  I agree with what you have said, it's not good enough that you feel like you're being passed from pillar to post trying to sort this out.  I completely get your frustration - I would feel the same.
