Hi,
I'm trying to set up my MyBT account and when I try add my account number, I see a green tick momentarily, then the page refreshes and gives me the error.
"We are not able to add this account to My profile. Please contact us for further help"
The "Contact BT" button at the bottom doesn't work. It just says Fatal Error Access Denied.
Any help?
