I have recently rejoined BT and my first bill is due, however when I log on to try and pay it/set up payments, I cannot view the bill as it shows only my old account numbers from previous times I have been with BT.
How do I add my new BT account number to my online account, and is there a way of removing the old ones that are no longer relevant?

If you need help removing your old account, that's something that I can do. Try add that new account first and then reply back to my private message.
