I cannot find link to create returns documentation - have recently ended Broadband contract

I cannot find link to create returns documentation - have recently ended Broadband contract. BT have said if I don't return it, I could be charged - but how am I supposed to return it when no way of creating documentation?

Hi @lewish998, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. 

How long has your service stopped with us?
You would normally be sent returns packaging and it would be with you about a week after the service stopped.
