I only have a premium email account, but I get two emails each month telling me my bill is ready. They each confirm the correct account number but the BT ID is different.
Hi, @JustMail welcome back to the community, it sounds like your premium mail account has been associated with two BT ID's. It's not something to be worried about but I'll send you a private message so you can send over your details to the moderation team and we'll be able to delete the unwanted BT ID to stop any duplication.
