I get two emails each month telling me my bill is ready. They each confirm the correct account number but the BT ID is different. Can someone help?

I am sorry you're receiving two alerts for the same account. Have you spoken with my colleagues in the helpdesk on 0330 1234 150? They should be able to get you sorted.
