Hi @Zooks47, sorry you've not received your final bill yet. 

How long is it since you closed your account? As it can take 7 days for the final bill to be issued after the account has been closed.

Hi my 'service' was ceased (ie a new provider took over) on 5th October.  I've made several phone calls without any success and I can see that there is future bill being raised on 5th November.  The system is soooo slow.

Hi @Zooks47, thanks for getting in touch and I've got the account closed now from the 4th October and a final bill will follow in the next 7 days.
