I can’t seem to get billing details for my new account and I believe (from looking at other threads) that it is because I have other old accounts attached to my BT ID.
Can someone help me out by removing / de-linking the old accounts so I can get my current account working?

Hey @mick8169,
When you're logged into your MyBT, there should be an option, top right, that lets you switch between your accounts. That may get you into your current account.
For the other accounts, I'll need to remove them for you at our end. I'll send you a private message to help. Please note, it can take a couple of working days for us to get back to you.
