Incorrect Address

I have recently moved into a new build property and when placing an order for our broadband the only address shown for ours included our old postcode which was created in error and has since been changed. Although we amended this postcode to the new one and the remainder of the address is exactly the same, our delivery address was inputted with the old post code and now our router can not be delivered because of an ‘incorrect address’ so is now being returned to sender. 

What would be the fastest way to get this amended and received our router? WiFi is urgently needed for work. Thanks!

Welcome to this user forum for BT Residential phone and broadband customers.

What does it say if you login to MyBT, and check the progress of your order?

You would be best to give BT a call, and ask them to amend the delivery address, and dispatch a replacement BT Smart Hub 2.

Hi! Thanks for the reply. 

I can see that the hub has been posted out but due to the address Royal Mail have returned it to sender. I have tried to give BT a call but can’t seem to get through - have tried numerous times. I guess I’ll keep trying!
