Incorrect billing after cancel broadband

I've cancel my bt broadband in March,  and at the end of April they issue new bill for May and want to charge me. Where can I make complaint because bt still don't do anything after some phone call. I cancel my direct debit but I'm afraid they will ruin my credit score

Hi @GinJoy, I can confirm that your account is now closed and the bill will reflect the stop date as the 21st April. Sorry for the delay but your order has got stuck in our suppliers system.
