Incorrect delivery address on account

I have just placed an upgrade order for my BT Broadband via the customer service centre after having problems with an incorrect address associated with my account when trying to place the order online. I was assured that there was no issue but after receiving the confirmation email for the order it has the delivery address for my complete wifi set for a city that is over 345 miles from my home.

How can I get this Glasgow address removed from my account and how do I get my complete Wifi disk delivered to my actual address?

Select the 'message now' option on this link https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband to have a live chat with a billing guide, they'll get you sorted.
