Had this text, is it a scam??

I thought a member of the community moderators had already claimed my reward card due to a previous issue they resolved for me with an old BT ID

Hi @TR1, thanks for your post. The website https://care.bt.com/claim_reward_card is just a guide on claiming your reward and was probably in the process of been sent before I claimed it on your behalf.

You should've received an email to confirm the reward was claimed when I claimed it on the 31st for you?

I'll ask for this link to be updated as the reference to November 1st was for last year and is no longer relevant.
