I've been renewed my broadband and part of the offer is the xbox game pass. I've been trying to add it but it keeps coming back with an error message telling to call in but this just sends me a text to report a fault,.
How do I activate the xbox gamepass in the 14 days I've been given.

With the Game Pass offer you should definitely be able to reach out to our team to get this added, and if this can't be sorted from our end we'll raise a web-form to get this checked by our support teams.
If you're getting automated fault texts when trying to call it sounds like you may be following the options for technical, so instead select the options to speak with billing.

Thank you for your reply and moving to right section.
I followed the message on the mybt app and it directed me to the wrong place. I'll try the billing section but the options on the app are so vague and unhelpful .
Looking at the for and how many people are having the same problem, ido you know if this being fixed or ignored?
