For the last month or so when I log into MyBT there is an option to upgrade to Fibre Halo 3 ( no intention of doing so) but when I click on the link I end up on the personalised offers page which has a massive blue banner yakking about being able to get full fibre and telling me to select a plan below. Unsurprisingly there are no plans just a load of stuff about Netflix and TV plans.
Full Fibre isn't available as per the broadband checker (using my number) which even states in the notes at the bottom FTTP is not available.
As I only did the March recontract I'm not in a hurry to change anything but just wonder if this is a more widespread glitch rather than just me. Obviously when it's nearer to March then things will need to be sorted.
