Hi @jonwilliams1331, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.
sorry that you've old accounts on your BTID and this is causing some issues.
If you've another email address that has not been used as a BTID before then you can set up the BTID for your active account with that email address and it will work ok.
If you don't have another email address you can use post back let us know.
