I have a label which is for Scottish distribution centre. Royal Mail and others do not recognise the post code  - XX50 5NN - so I cannot arrange collection. I cannot face phoning. Any help would be gratefully received.

Apparently as it is a free return  I did not need the post code. I just needed to type in the bar code number.

Hope this helps someone else.
