I sent my broken TV kit back to BT some weeks ago and i keep getting hassled by text about it. It's annoying, I'm 85 years old & could do without the extra stress.
For some reason when I put the RM tracking number it keeps saying unable to do and check tomorrow
Can someone from BT please look into this?

just go live chat and give them the info they ie tracking number aslong you can prove you sent it via the tracking number they will stop hassling you
you might want to remove tracking number an account number from this post this is a public forum every can see this use the edit feature

once varified tell them you sent back the eqipment and give them the tracking number
It is taking in excess of four weeks to update accounts after an item has been received. If you call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Posting or your Proof of Receipt they can update your account.

You can only edit a post for one hour after it has been posted. I have asked a moderator to remove it.

must be a time limit as i tried that. thanks anyway.
If Royal Mail site don't have the tracking data after this time it is likely that the scanning of the package was not successful (they do I believe retain tracking records for over a year) so the advice given in this thread to contact BT is the way forward.
