I returned my kit in Nov 2023 and stuck the receipt on my fridge. I have had countless texts and emails regarding the return of my kit, and this morning i get a text to say i will be charged £80? Please can this be looked into, as this is now ridiculous, how long does it take to receive the kit!! It was sent through the post office as requested!!
