Kit returned, have tracker receipt, facing fine

Like many posts here, I returned old router in supplied packaging and have a receipt from the post office. However, BT claim not to have received it and have now issued a £50 fine to be added to my next bill. Who can I contact to rectify this

Phone CS 03301234150 and they should be able to update account
