I returned the KIT I had for my fibre but BT is still emailing me! Very annoying.
It was picked up on 05/12/23 but I am still getting the emails. I have proof as I arranged a collection from my workplace.
Is there anything can be done?

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Sending or your Proof of Receipt they can update your account.
but why do I need to spend time on this?
They sent it, I returned it. IT makes no sense that I need to waste time calling them.
I will let them try and charge me, put it to court and do a counterclaim. That way they learn it .
I can see how many people they try and scam with this, it's a joke. They also know the tracking number, just simply do not care to deal with it.
Your choice but why go through all that when a simple phone call will resolve it.
