Landline Master Sicket

For weeks and weeks I have been asking BT to feed a landline and master socket into my room in a NURSING CARE HOME!

And for weeks they keep saying it can not be done!!!!!!
when I first came into the Home BT ARRANGED for an Engineer to put in a landline and master socket z(for my broadband)

I am now in a different room but BT will not arrange for an Engineer to lay a landline and master socket😡😡😡

I am at my wits end with BT……

. . . it must be remembered that the sea is a great breeder of friendship. Two men who have known each other for twenty years find that twenty days at sea bring them nearer than ever they were before, or else estrange them.

Re: Landline Master Sicket

Hi @Ocean, sorry you're having trouble getting service connected and can understand your frustration.
When did you move to your new room?
Do you have an order placed to get service in your new room?
Even though it is within the same building this would be treated as a home move to move your line and broadband to your new room.
Did you speak with out Home Movers team? Moving home with BT | BT on 0800 783 0235 as they will be able to arrange the move for you.

Cheers

John
