Landline usage for current month no longer showing

Not sure if i'm just being a bit impatient but for the past day when trying to get calls data for the current month (Next Bill)  the system says

   Sorry, we're having problems loading your usage.

     Please refresh the page or try again later. 

Previous months are ok just the current month. I paid for 12 months calls (BT Line rental saver) yesterday that starts on 26th Nov. The job for that request has completed according to the system.

I left it for a few hours but still no joy.

Is this an alignment issue perhaps and takes longer than a day or so to start up again.

Any ideas anyone.

Well I think i must have been a bit too impatient as the landline usage is back in action for this month. The system must have just been playing catch up after i had paid for the landline calls renewal.
Apologies for anyone who may have been misled.
