So i left BT broadband and tv on Jan 18th.
In mid February paid a bill in full for all services ie tv and broadband.
14 February at 13.15 called BT who apologised and stated i would receive a refund within 14 days.
Well, no refund as of today March 6th.
And am now being billed again in full for a march bill due in 2 days.
Tried ringing and we are all in a business meeting.
Absolutely ridiculous
have you tried the billing team https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
Yes, they told me i would be refunded on February 26th
No chance of contacting today as they are all in a business meeting.
Link to official complaint is broken as well

How did you leave? did you move to another provider who took over the line or did you ask BT to close your account?
If you changed provider, did BT send you a 'sorry to see you leave' email/letter?
yes received a sorry to see to see you go, acknowledgement of kit returned as well.
my line now is provided by sky as well
line was changed over on 31st jan.
spent 40 mins in mid february going thro the same over the phone and yet i am still being charged and no refund for the tv which i cancelled and paid for , which was agreed by CS i should have a refund!
Did you not cancel the DD after the final bill payment was taken?
did not cancel DD as i was owed a refund, perhaps in hindsight i should have done this.
after escalating to a customer complaint this morning, im told it will be resolved within 24 hours.
i was more than happy with the service but the sky offer with stream was 40£ a month cheaper for same 500mb bb and using sky stream.
hopefully resolved today.
24 hours later after being promised te refund, nothing!
Full bill issued for next week for a service i left on jan 31st, they even have my old kit!
So glad i escalated to a customer complaint so i have a reference.
