Hi there,
I have two separate BT broadband accounts that I have tried to link under one account as instructed by a BT operative. However, when I attempt to add the additional account I am met with the following error message
'We are not able to add this account to My profile. Please contact us for further help'
How can this be resolved?

Do as the message says. Contact BT help desk.
I did and the operative told me that I can't link the accounts despite what I was told previously.
