Linking accounts failure

Hi there,

I have two separate BT broadband accounts that I have tried to link under one account as instructed by a BT operative. However, when I attempt to add the additional account I am met with the following error message 

'We are not able to add this account to My profile. Please contact us for further help'

How can this be resolved?

I did and the operative told me that I can't link the accounts despite what I was told previously.

try billing and see if they can help  https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
