Live chat greyed out

When I try to access livechat  the screen seems to be ‘greyed’ out and no ability to start chat. Any ideas ?

It normally happens when all advisors are busy and customers are queuing, it stops others joining the queue to avoid longer waits, either try again later or call 0800 800 150
