Hi all! Our bill is on Direct Debit, but usually what i will do is pay a bit at a time every week so by the time the bill is due we are in credit over the amount so at least the direct debit is not taken, only the money i am in credit for. This morning i have gone into MYBT go to "pay your bill", just to add extra to our current " in credit" total, and found it will not work, either i get a message saying ERROR go to EE to pay your bill if they provide your services (our broadband/TV is with BT) or simply the "pay your bill" icon just does not work when pressed, anyone have any ideas on this? HI again! Sorry about my above message, after several more attempts i have now managed to get the "pay your bill" to work, must have been some glitch somewhere (especially as it was sending me to EE to pay my bill), seems to be all sorted now.
Seeing the "My bills and usage not accessable on the website" thread here, seems i was not the only person having similar problems this morning!
Thanks for raising @GarryJ .I too experienced issues with myBT on Saturday when looking for Bill details via MyBt and got the above strange info
