I have recently moved from BT Business Hub to BT Home for landline and Broadband and have successfully created a my MYBT account.
all is working well but my products are not appearing on MY BT. Have phoned several times but no joy.
Any ideas please

Thanks for joining our Community.
When you're moving from BT Business to BT Consumer or Home, we should be telling you to use a different email address for your MyBT. This is to avoid any conflicts.
Did you use the same email address?
Also, did you add your account to your MyBT yourself or have you made any changes to update your MyBT with your new account number?

I used a new email address for my new BT home account. I can still access both but the Business BT seems to be open still and the BT Home has no products listed.
I am on the new phone number and things seem to have been transferred ok but not showing on MYBT.
Just a bit confused.
@Capella thanks for clarifying that, I'm sorry your products aren't showing on your new MyBT account.
We can raise a fault with the bt.com team to get that fixed, I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with your details.
