Hi @Katie_B I contacted CC and unfortunately I'm no further forward, they logged a case (have number if necessary) then they told me my BT account had been terminated and suggested removing my email address from the Microsoft store. Which doesn't help tbh

@Katie_B No web form, he just told me my account had been terminated and to try removing my email address from the Microsoft account. I don't want to do this, as family admin with 3 other accounts linked to mine I don't want to risk loosing access to my MS accoun

I can only suggest speaking with our Customer Support team again to explain that and ask them to open a complaint. There's also a complaint email address on our complaints code of practice. It may be worth contacting them.

I had to talk to multiple people before anyone even heard of Xbox game pass.
By the sounds of it I got lucky and managed to speak to someone in Plymouth who was tech savvy enough and had checked some forums. She was then able to track down the form and with further help from this forum they got it done.
