I note that on MYBT website you state that you are “awaiting” the return of the above item. You received the item on the 18th April 2024 as confirmed by Royal Mail. Cannot email BT about this as you have no email address. I cannot use the phone as I have difficulty hearing.

The quickest way to get this resolved without calling in would be to use the "message now" option on this link https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband and the billing team will be able to help you.
