When I joined BT I had the offer of a £50 reward card, I had the email saying to claim my card which I did and was told I would receive a follow up email in the set period,
However I never had the email with my reward card, so I emailed the pure card email address as advised on the faq page. I have had a response saying that they are awaiting BT to confirm the card and have raised it with BT.
I have had my broadband up and running for a few months now but still nothing and if I email pure card I get the same copy and pasted response

Apologies, this has been escalated with BT who are investigating the missing order. Once we have received an update on this, we will be in touch.

How can this be sorted as the above response is the same whenever I email them and they are basically saying it is a BT issue not theirs?
