I have recently taking out BT breadboard and received an email to claim rewards card when clicking on the link it takes me to ‘my BT’ logged done all the steps logged in etc but the reward card is not showing up anywhere on account. Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to claim please

If you are still within your 14 day cooling off period you will not be able to claim the card.
Once out of the 14 days cooling off period the claim should appear in your MyBT. If it does not call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 and they should be able to help.
