Mobile Data Add On Cancellation

I bought a 5GB Data "add on" package for £15 last month as a one off when away from Wi Fi.  Add ons automatically renew each month until you cancel them. When I attempted to cancel the Add on, on-line, I could not find any way of doing this. Unlike the sign up process, the cancellation proved to be more difficult. I called BT and after 35 minutes waiting on the phone I eventually cancelled the Add-on and was told I should have been able top cancel on-line under "Settings". Having looked again I cannot find any relevant options under Settings. Can anyone advise me on how to access the cancellation area for Add-ons in My BT? I  was advised by the call handler that many people have complained about this problem and there are also other comments on this subject on this forum.

This is all I could find in the HELP ????? section:

"How do I cancel my UK add-on?

Add-ons stay on your account until you cancel. We'll remove the add-on from the date of the next bill, but don't worry you can still use your extra data/minutes until then."
