Hello, last week I moved my broadband, phone and TNT sports from BT to Sky. I received an email saying that as TNT was linked to my broadband it would be ending, i did not have a contract with TNT though and my broadband contract had ended.
On the date of my switch, I got another email titled "Stopping your Services" this listed broadband and digital voice but not TNT Sports.
My BT account hasn't yet removed TNT or broadband from the myBT page but it has removed my phone. I can only "manage" TNT not cancel it. Billing has not updated at all.
Just wanted to know if I have to phone up and cancel TNT Sport or will it be done automatically like broadband and digital voice?
Forgot to mention my next billing date is September 17th and right now I can still access TNT Sport on the Discovery+ app with my BT account.
