Hi. In mid-July I moved my broadband, TV and mobiles to EE.
At that time I had 5 mobiles on a Family SIM deal. I migrated 4 to EE and cancelled the 5th SIM.
To cut a long story short I am still being billed for that 5th SIM. I have been assured four times that the SIM has been cancelled.
On my last called to BT I was told the SIM had been cancelled and that I would receive a refund for the extra month I had been charged. I didn’t receive a refund and instead have been billed for another month.
How can I stop this? Do I need to complain?
Many thanks
Marco

Hi @marco63 I'm sorry to hear that you're still being billed for one of your sim lines.
I'd recommend giving BT customer service a call so that they can take a look into your account and give you a more detailed explanation of when you'll get the refund if the line is already closed.
