Hi everybody - I will move home at the end of April and made an order. All looks good, yet I got an appointment with the engineer next week to install the phone landline i.e. more than 1 month ahead of the current scheduled move. Is it normal to get this work done so early vs the other services activation time? Many thanks all

Your appointment should be on or after your move date and not before. If you haven't already contacted us please call in to get this appointment changed.
