My father has moved out of the family home and the house is in the process of being sold. Once we have a completion date he will want to cancel the landline and broadband package (BTDigital Voice), but he will want to keep his mobile contract. What is the procedure? Also does he need to return the hub and digital voice phones?
Thanks

I have asked a moderator to post advice on the correct procedure, while keeping mobile.
You would be asked to return any equipment once the service is ceased.
Hi @blox, welcome to the forum and thanks for your post.
Get in touch Leaving BT | BT Help with us when your sure of the date you want to stop service, ideally with the 30 days notice, and the broadband, Digital voice and BT TV if he has it would stop then.
Ig he wants to continue the BT Mobile contract then let them know and it will continue but if he is getting any discount for having had broadband with us that discount would end when the broadband stops.
The hub would need to be returned if provided after the 13th December 2019 or a charge would be applied. How to return and recycle your BT equipment for free | BT Help
The digital voice phones would not need to be returned.
Cheers
