My account has 3 account numbers attached to it. 2 of which are inactive. I am trying to renew my broadband deal but due to the inactive account numbers this keeps failing. Can some body help me remove the 2 inactive account numbers please?

Is there no way for me to manage my account without calling? BT call centers are a terrible waste of time! I would prefer to do this via message/email or using the webpage.
