Hi, I recently re-joined BT after many years, but my account shows two different account numbers, my old one attached to an email address i haven't used in 15 years, and the new one I setup to get my new Fibre Broadband, is it possible to remove the old account, and only have my new one, since it's causing lots of issues, like not be able to see my order or any updates.

Call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 and they can remove it.
