Multiple accounts Issue on MyBT WebPage

MyBT WebPage contains references to a number of my current and old BT Accounts that are inconsistent and incorrect. 

There are two locations where my Multiple Accounts are listed on

The MyBT Home Page:
This has a list of 3 (2 of which are closed) accounts including nicknames for the account.
It is missing one of the accounts completely

The MyBT >> Account Details Page:
This has a list of 4 accounts 2 of which are active the other 2 are deactivated and closed

(For reference MyBT App correctly references my two active accounts)

I have had 2 hours of calls with BT and numerous departments but unable to resolve the issue.
It would be great to just have my two active accounts listed in both locations and all closed accounts removed.

Welcome to the BT Community and thank you for your post!

I am sorry for the older/closed accounts showing when you log into your BTID.  This is something we'll be able to sort out for you from here.  I have sent you a private message with instructions on how you can send us over your details and we'll look into this for you. See: Private messages
