Multiple accounts, cant see account info or claim reward because of it...

Hi, i have recently moved to BT for broadband after moving house, however when i login to my account i cant see anything, no bills nothing. It shows 2 ID's so i think its something to do with that?

I am also entitled to reward card which i keep getting texts and emails to claim but when i click the link it makes me choose the ID but then shows a blank page... is this because i have 2 ID's as well?

Help!

Hi @Goodyswfc, sorry that you've old accounts on your BTID and this is stopping you claiming reward card.

If you are able to set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and you'll be able to claim the reward ok.
If you don't have another email address you can use I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll probably have to delete the BTID so you can set it up again without the old account linked.
