Hi,
I have two accounts assigned to my BT login so can't access most of the pages on the BT site or Android app because it defaults to the old, inactive account number. I've already contacted customer services twice to solve this but the issue still remains. Is there another way to get this fixed?

Thanks for posting about your BTID. Have you tried setting up a different BTID with a new email address and the account in question? If that doesn't suit I'll be happy to take a look. Just check your inbox for my message and drop me over the details.
