Multiple historic accounts and latest product not showing

Hi there i recently rejoined BT and found two old accounts associated with my email. I managed to add my new account but a customer services rep on the phone said there is no way to remove the two old ones. I've seen on this forum others managed to get them removed so i'm confused.

Secondly, the new product i bought does not show in my products page. The drop down for accounts there only shows my old ones and not the new one. The new acocunt does appear on the drop down under billing though.

Any suggestions?

contact billing using 'message us' and they should be able to help with old accounts  https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
