My BT/Add Account/Please choose how you'd like to receive the PIN - not given any options

Have just registered with MyBT. Have tried to add account but after adding accoung number am asked to confirm identity via a PIN.

"Confirm your identity

For your security, we need to send you a PIN.Please choose how you'd like to receive the PIN."

But there's no options to choose. And can't progress.

 

Have deleted cookies, cleared cache and pop up blocker not enabled. Tried on different browsers and app.

Any other suggestions please?

If you are doing this on a mobile device, try selecting the "full" version not the mobile version of the web browser.

Sorry, should have said on laptop. But just tried that suggestion to no avail
