My BT - You dont have any accounts you can manage


Ive come to the end of my Broadband deal and want to access my BT account so i can see the current deals on offer. However when i log into my account it says ‘you do not have any accounts you can manage’ even though im the one that set it up and pay the bill.

I then try to add myself as the account holder and it says it can take up to 5 minutes but nothing ever happens. Ive spoke to people on BT web chat who assure me they are trying to fix the issue and it will be done in the next so many hours but again this never happens!

Can someone please help? Thank you

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.

Try calling 0330 1234 150

You can message BT using the "message us" links on the help pages. That is usually effective.
