Moved into care home
I need to cancel a package due to family member moved into a care home after an illness. They are not able to talk on the phone themselves and the account is in their name. Any advice on how I can do this please?

In that case I am not sure what you can do, as BT would need permission from the account holder, to allow you to close the account.
This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they may offer advice, on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
They are very busy, so its likely to take a while before they respond.
