My BT account number is incorrect

I've recently gotten new WiFi with BT and it came with 6 months of free xbox game pass. While trying to claim it I logged into my My BT account and the site wasn't that I had broadband. After looking into it a bit, I can see I've got two BT account numbers, I suspect that the other account has my broadband attached but don't know how to access it.

It's difficult for me, as a customer, to know how this could have happened. Probably best if a moderator has a look. I wonder if any are about.
