Reward not available?

Hello, I am a new customer with BT and had Fibre 2 installed on 11/11. I am fairly sure that when I signed up there was an offer for a MasterCard reward for £110. However when I login to MyBT, it says no rewards are available. Could you please advise what I can do about this to check if I am right and this was the offer, and how to claim it if so? Many thanks!

Hi @Charliejess, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.

Do you remember what date you placed your order? You should receive an email confirmation of the order within a few minutes of when it was placed. Please check and let me know.

Thanks again for getting in touch.

I can see that, with my intervention, the reward card was ordered towards the end of last week.  You'll have received a separate email confirming this.

As things are sorted, I'll go ahead and close this off from here.  I have also sent you a private message with full info.
