Hello,

My BT app isn't able to log in and when I tried to log in on the computer, I'm able to log in but the homepage has an error page come up that says it can't get my account details at the moment. It says to come back later, but it has been like this for a month now. I'm not using a VPN and cleared my browsing history but still unable to access bills.

I have tried to call BT, but nobody really knows where to direct my call.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Try turning wifi off on your phone and use mobile data instead, it may not make sense but it works for me
